Delivery Information

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and offer a few options: 

a. A refund of the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

b. An alternative product at the same price.

c. A confirmed availability date for your order to be placed on back order and dispatched when available.


2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to UK Mainland addresses to qualify for the free delivery threshold. Orders received from outside of Mainland UK will incur charges at the relevant courier rate for that area. 

We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the UK only. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only which commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfil your order within 14 business days of the date of your order. Business day applies to Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

Please note we do not ship over weekends unless specifically requested and pre-arranged. Extra charges will be incurred for any items requested to be delivered over a weekend (Weekend indicates from close of business 5PM Friday to Start of Business 08:30 Monday)

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. We will do our very best to accommodate all special requests but are at the discretion of the courier services employed by the company.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas such as Highlands and Islands, or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

VAT is charged according the UK Rate at the time the order is placed online and not to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

All and any damage to your products upon receipt must be notified to us on 01925 611560 or via email Hello@AfterPrintLtd.co.uk with images if possible. All damage must be reported prior to signing for the goods with the courier. Any items reported as damaged after signature may not be subject to a valid claim.

If you are unsure or if there is no visible damage to the outer packaging but you believe the items to be damaged, please ensure the courier takes a note of this information on his digital handheld device prior to you signing safe receipt of your goods.
